Sports photography at Fayetteville State University is about energy, movement and story. Whether I am capturing a football game on the field, basketball in the gym, or track and field events on the quad, the moments are filled with excitement and enthusiasm. Sports photography provides me a way to stop time, capture movement, and highlight each athlete's skill, determination, and the emotion and pride associated with being part of the Bronco community. Sports photography allows me to showcase close-up focused images of middle distance runners, and wide-angle images of the entire field or court, while every angle depicts teamwork, dedication, or something even more intangible. Capturing sports at FSU is not only a technical skill involving timing, lighting, and angles, sports photography connects me to the most vital pulse of campus life.
